IonSense DART source ready:
- MSRedux-MIM "Microtiter Ion Monitor"
MIM creates figures for the serial analysis of 96 injections of sample into the DART source, followed by analysis by an Agilent or Thermo ion trap. Ion abundances are reported for each well. Complete Description is here.
- MSRedux-SA "Specific Activity"
SA calculates the concentration of a small molecule based on a comparison of a reference mass spectrum, and isotopically-labeled spectrum, and liquid scintillation data.
- MSRedux-XI "Extracted Ion"
XI creates TIC, XIC and summed scan plots for an ABI ion trap. The input is the sample data and a chemical formula for the species of interest. The output includes flagging for found/not found as well as DART source temperature and other GLP parameters.
